WEBSITE MEASUREMENT
Privacy & website analytics.
Forge and IVG Design Services count a few actions in aggregate to understand which tools and resources people find useful. This page explains that measurement; it does not display a visitor counter or live totals. The totals are available in my private analytics reports.
What the analytics record
When you use a labeled download, course-start, product-listing, repository, service-profile, appointment-open, case-study or social-profile link, the analytics add one to a daily total. Each total is grouped by product, action, a broad source such as Google or GitHub, and a category such as organic search, referral or paid traffic.
An appointment-open event means that you chose to open the public booking page at cal.com/ivg-design. It records an aggregate booking intent only; it does not mean that a calendar was embedded, a slot was selected, an appointment was completed, or personal booking details were sent to Forge.
The analytics do not create cookies or visitor identifiers. Its database does not store email addresses, IP addresses, full page URLs or raw referrers. Your browser can keep the broad source and category in session storage for the current tab, without an identifying token. No action is sent simply because you read a page.
Your browser choices
The action script stops when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Blocking the script or closing session storage does not prevent you from using Forge. Session storage is optional; when it is unavailable, attribution is limited to the current page.
These choices apply to website-action analytics on forge.mograph.life and services.mograph.life. Moving between the two hosts starts a separate, non-identifying attribution context; it does not preserve the original campaign source. Forge also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page traffic. Hosting providers process network requests to deliver and protect the site under their own policies. Cloudflare privacy policy.
What the totals mean
A download click is interest in a download; it does not prove installation. A case-study click means you opened published work; it does not measure reading time or prove an inquiry. A Contra click does not prove an inquiry or a sale. An appointment-open click is an opportunity to book; it does not prove a scheduled or completed appointment. Repeated actions, blockers and automated requests can affect counts. Test events are separated from ordinary traffic.
This page describes website-action analytics. Product-specific features, such as RWPP's email download form or RAV's application telemetry, are separate. Following an external link takes you to that destination's own service and policies. Event films on project pages load from Contra’s media service only when you choose to play them; that request is subject to the provider’s policies.
